I wrote this 2 or so years ago. I rediscovered the recording recently. I had forgotten all about it not long after I wrote and recorded it. Listening now, I like the song.

Reconnecting
Last night, saw some people I haven’t seen in a long time. It was nice to see’em all. Matt Doherty, Mark Kowgier, and their respective girlfriends Jenn and Jen. Sara, too. And Jaime who’s name I NEVER remember. Then saw Becky and Matt King and Eric Warner and Marc Lecompte and Gavin from Ryerson.. It was pretty sweet to see everyone. Saw Mikey’s band Germans play too. Sebastien of DFA79 showed up for their set, too.
All in all a great night. I was embarrassed that I was so exhausted at 1am, considering how often I partied until 6am in Korea. I blamed it on jet lag.
