Korea doesn’t.
Well I guess most people don’t notice. But you often see typos on things that you’d think they would’ve gotten an editor for. I saw one in a high gloss program for a Dance Festival Mimi went to in China. You see it on signs for businesses because they’ll often put some English on there; that’s just the norm.
This is a t-shirt one of my students wore in class. It’s a diagram of a giraffe. Read the labels.
