These two photos are a mere fractional example of the extent of the infringement of Korean establishments. There are a chain of corner stores called ‘CNN’ that use the same symbol. There’s a bar called ‘Rolling Stone’ in Gumi that has the same symbol. Even the music uses samples from currently popular songs and even sings in Korean with a similar melody and beat.
For all I know the music is legit. Perhaps they paid for the ‘Let’s get retarded in here’ beat and melody. But I’m pretty sure neither Ozzy Osbourne, nor Marshall, gave permission to have bars named after’em.
